In Serov repertoire there are more, than one thousand
compositions, which represent practically all the music
styles, epochs, schools and genres. By this conductor
were performed all symphonies of Motsart, Beethoven,
Schubert, Tchaikovski, enormous number of symphonic
compositions of Russian and foreign composers of XVIII
- XIX ages, music of modern composers. He has prepared
more than 50 premieres of compositions of soviet composers,
great number of compositions of modern foreign music
were performed by Serov for the 1st time in USSR. He
has recorded 47 discs and 25 CD with music of N.Rimski-Korsakov,
P.Tchaikovski, D.Schostakovitch, F.Kulau, I.Nerholm
and the others. The mastery of E.Serov is remarkable
by the best qualities of St-Petersburg school. Inspired

him high authority on the concert stage of our country
and abroad.
